Owners Jim and Nora Kastran started the business in their home by showing carpet samples to customers and ordering the carpet from Dalton, Georgia. Nora is from Dalton and has a lot of relatives and connections to purchasing floor covering. Their dream eventually turned into a full-blown flooring company with a beautiful store filled with samples of hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, luxury vinyl tile, commercial carpet, and much more.

Kastran Karpets has been built on providing good customer service, standing behind their products, quality installation, and concern for their customer's needs. It employs a staff of knowledgeable and professional salespeople, Jim Kastran, Jr., Kelli Basilone, Derek Cuthbertson, and Scot Rhodes, who have an average of more than 30 years of experience.
